Eligibility Criteria / पात्रता मानदंड
Production: Full-time B.E/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
Mechanical: Full-time B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Instrumentation: Full-time B.E/B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or Electronics & Telecommunication.
Civil: Full-time B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
HR & Admin: Two years full-time PG degree/diploma in Personnel / IR / HR Management / Labour & Social Welfare / MBA (PM&IR or HRM).
Finance: Graduate with CA/ICWAI qualification.
