अभ्यर्थी 10वीं उत्तीर्ण और सरकारी मान्यता प्राप्त या एनसीवीटी प्रमाणित संस्थान से डीजल मैकेनिक (1 वर्ष का कोर्स) आईटीआई प्रमाणपत्र के साथ ही डीजल जेनरेटर सेट्स और अन्य इलेक्ट्रोमैकेनिकल उपकरणों में कम से कम 3 वर्ष का अनुभव रखते हों। शिफ्ट कार्य सहित रात, रविवार और छुट्टियों में काम करने की इच्छा आवश्यक है। OEM में कार्यरत उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
