- Assistant Director (Administration & Finance): Master's Degree with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade from a recognized university.
- Senior Manager (Administration & Finance / Academics): Master's Degree with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade.
- Manager: Master's Degree or equivalent with minimum 55% marks.
- Assistant Manager: Master's Degree with 55% marks and 2 years work experience in educational/scientific administration or a Bachelor's Degree with 7 years relevant experience.
- Executive Assistant: Bachelor's Degree with minimum 50% marks or equivalent grade.

- Assistant Manager: Rs. 44,900 – Rs. 1,42,400 + allowances
- Executive Assistant: Rs. 35,400 – Rs. 1,12,400 + allowances
