- Senior Consultant: Candidates must hold a B.Tech/B.E. or MBBS degree along with a full-time postgraduate qualification in Clinical Research, MPH, or PG Diploma in Hospital & Health Management (PGDHHM). A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in the public health domain is mandatory.
- Consultant: Candidates with a B.A., B.Com, BBA, BBM, or BMS degree and a postgraduate degree such as MBA or PGDM (only regular courses) in management are eligible to apply.
- Lead Consultant: Requires a graduate degree in Health (MBBS/BDS), along with two years full-time post-graduation or higher qualification in public health, community medicine, or preventive and social medicine. Additionally, candidates must hold a full-time MBA or PG Diploma in healthcare or public health management from a recognized Indian university.

Senior Consultant: Maximum 50 years
Consultant: Should be below 45 years
Lead Consultant: Maximum 55 years

Salary & Benefits / वेतन और लाभ
The selected candidates will be offered attractive consultancy fees within the following ranges based on qualifications and experience:
- Senior Consultant: ₹90,000 to ₹1,50,000 per month
- Consultant: ₹60,000 to ₹1,20,000 per month
- Lead Consultant: ₹1,30,000 to ₹1,70,000 per month
