About IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- Trade Apprentice (ITI) [Codes 107-111]: Matriculation plus 2-year full-time ITI in specific trades approved by NCVT/SCVT (e.g., Fitter, Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic, Machinist).
- Technician Apprentice (Diploma) [Codes 101-106]: Full-time 3-year Diploma in Engineering disciplines like Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, Electrical & Electronics, or Electronics with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Graduate Apprentice [Code 112]: Full-time Bachelor's degree in Arts, Commerce, Science, or Business Administration with minimum 50% marks (45% for reserved categories). B.E./B.Tech graduates are NOT eligible.
- Trade Apprentice - Data Entry Operator [Codes 113, 114]: Class 12th pass with or without a skill certificate for Domestic Data Entry Operator.

Additional Eligibility Conditions
- Candidates should not have undergone or currently undergoing apprenticeship training in any organization.
- Applicants should not possess work experience exceeding 1 year.
- B.E./B.Tech, MBA, MCA, CA, ICWA, LLB degree holders are not eligible.
- Regular full-time qualifications only — part-time or distance learning courses are not accepted.
- Qualification acquisition period: Graduates and Diploma holders should have passed between 01-Apr-2022 and 31-Jul-2025; ITI candidates between 01-Apr-2021 and 31-Jul-2025.
