About IOCL Apprentice Recruitment 2025

IOCL Recruitment 2025 invites eligible candidates across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Daman & Diu, and Dadra & Nagar Haveli to apply for a 12-month apprenticeship training program. Eligibility Criteria for IOCL Apprentice 2025

Educational Qualifications

  • Trade Apprentice (ITI) - Discipline Codes 107-111: Must have passed Matriculation and possess a 2-year regular full-time ITI certification from NCVT/SCVT in trades such as Fitter, Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic, or Machinist.
  • Technician Apprentice (Diploma) - Discipline Codes 101-106: 3-year Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, Electrical & Electronics, or Electronics Engineering with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
  • Graduate Apprentice - Discipline Code 112: Regular full-time Bachelor's degree (BA/B.Com/B.Sc/BBA) with minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD). B.E./B.Tech graduates are NOT eligible.
  • Trade Apprentice – Data Entry Operator - Codes 113-114: Class 12th pass, with or without Domestic Data Entry Operator skill certificate from an NSQF recognized body.

Important Eligibility Conditions

  • Candidates who have already undergone apprenticeship training or have one year or more job experience are not eligible.
  • Applicants pursuing any higher qualifications or enrolling through part-time/correspondence courses are ineligible.
  • B.E./B.Tech, MBA, MCA, CA, ICWA, LLB degree holders cannot apply for Graduate Apprenticeship.
  • Qualification acquisition dates: Graduates & Technician Apprentices must have qualified between 1 April 2022 to 31 July 2025; Trade Apprentices between 1 April 2021 and 31
