About Indian Air Force Agniveervayu Recruitment 2025

Educational Qualifications

For Science Subjects:

  • Passed Intermediate / 10+2 / Equivalent exam with Mathematics, Physics and English from Central/State/UT recognized boards with minimum 50% aggregate marks and 50% marks in English.
  • OR, Passed a three-year Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Automobile/Computer Science/Instrumentation/IT) from a recognized Polytechnic with minimum 50% aggregate and 50% marks in English either in the diploma or in 12th/10th (if English was not a subject in the Diploma course).
  • OR, Passed a two-year vocational course with non-vocational subjects Physics and Mathematics from recognized boards with minimum 50% in aggregate and 50% in English (in vocational course or in 12th/10th if English is not a subject in vocational course).

For Other Than Science Subjects:

  • Passed Intermediate / 10+2 / Equivalent in any stream from recognized boards with minimum 50% aggregate and 50% marks in English.
  • OR, passed a two-year vocational course with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50 marks in English (either in vocational course or in 12th/10th if English was not a subject).

Physical & Medical Standards

  • Height: Male – Minimum 152 cm | Female – Minimum 152 cm (147 cm for certain hilly/North-East regions)
  • Weight: Proportionate to height and age as per IAF standards.
  • Chest: (Male) Minimum 77 cm with 5 cm expansion. (Female) Minimum expansion range of 5 cm.
